1. Product Delivery
Digital Products (Themes and Modules): Digital products purchased via the HubSpot Marketplace are available for immediate access upon payment completion. Access to these products is managed directly within your HubSpot account.
Service-Based Projects: Services such as HubSpot CMS migration, development, design, inbound marketing, and consultancy begin once payment is confirmed and all necessary onboarding information is provided by the client. A project timeline and scope will be communicated at the project's initiation.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not offered once a theme or module has been accessed in the HubSpot Marketplace. However, if you encounter a technical issue with our product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Our support team will assist in troubleshooting or resolving the problem.
Service-Based Projects: Cancellations for services such as migration, development, design, inbound marketing, and consultancy may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that work has not yet commenced. If work has already begun, refunds are not available; however, we are open to discussing modifications to the project scope if necessary.
3. Support and Maintenance
Technical Support: For technical issues or troubleshooting related to our products, support is available during business hours. We aim to respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days. Updates and bug fixes are provided according to the terms of the purchased plan.
